A second consecutive double podium weekend for Justin Di Benedetto at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course.

Lexington (Ohio), June 12, 2026—It's another successful pair of races for the BOLT Technologies and Syntheia AI-backed number 4 car of Justin Di Benedetto at the iconic Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend for the second event of Di Benedetto Racing’s IMSA VP Challenge campaign.

After lining up in P2 for race one, Justin drove a commanding race despite the challenging conditions on track. When asked about how the conditions played a part in his race, Justin said, "Race one felt great; track was drying quickly, so it was changing each lap. Tricky conditions to keep the tires to last until the end.” Justin was able to keep things calm, cool, and collected, finishing in second place and collecting his first podium finish of the weekend.

Starting from P4 in an early morning race two, Justin was able to climb to P3 early and was contesting for P2 in a captivating battle with Rob Walker in the Kingpin Racing Toyota Supra and the Porsche of Ismaeel Ellahi, chasing them down from P4. When asked about the battle, Justin said, "Rob had a faster car, and we were always within distance of him all race. We had a chasing Porsche behind us all race so I really had to defend my position instead of chasing Rob.” At the end of the day, Justin was able to collect a 3rd-place finish and a second podium of the weekend, making it four podiums in four races.

Justin along with the rest of Di Benedetto Racing look to carry this positive momentum forward as the IMSA VP Racing Sportscar Challenge heads to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, in Bowmanville, ON, for the team's home race on July 11th and 12th, 2026
